南京电研电力自动化股份有限公司是专业从事电力系统（含其他工业自动化系统）及设备研发，制造和销售的科技型公司。是江苏省和南京市高新技术企业。

南京电研电力自动化股份有限公司于1999年成立于南京市国家高新技术开发区，是专业从事电力自动化系统及设备研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的高新技术企业，是具有自主研发能力、自主知识产权和较高信息化水平的江苏省高新技术企业。占地51亩，建筑面积约15000余平米,投资6000万元的研发及生产基地一期工程已竣工投运。

南京电研前身是成立于1999年的南京电研电力自动化有限公司，2008年3月公司完成股份制改造，公司更名为：南京电研电力自动化股份有限公司。南京电研在近十年的发展中坚持“科技是第一生产力”及“以人为本”的理念，引进和培养了大批从事电力系统自动化、水利水电自动化、继电保护、计算机、通讯等技术研究的高级人才。南京电研现有员工180多名，具有高级职称人员20多名，大专以上学历人员占85%，使公司拥有雄厚的研发能力及生产工程服务能力。

南京电研坐落于南京市国家高新技术开发区，占地51亩，投资6000万元的研发及生产基地一期工程已竣工，建筑面积约15000余平米。南京电研实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制。赋予专业技术管理人员一个自由发挥才能的空间，目前，已有数十个公司产品进入国家经贸委第二，三批《全国城乡电网建设与改造所需主要设备及生产企业推荐目录》，其中NSA3000型110KV综合自动化系统通过了由国家电力公司组织的科学技术成果鉴定。拥有多项技术开发成果，如NSA3641高压线路保护，NSA3191/NSA3192发电机组保护等通过南京市科委组织的科技成果鉴定。

南京电研致力于电力系统自动化、变电站自动化、配网自动化、水电站自动化、输变电设备状态监测、电能质量监测及治理、配网一次智能设备等与智能电网、工业自动化相关技术和产品的开发。经过十几年的持续发展，引进和培养了一大批从事电力系统自动化、水电自动化、继电保护、计算机、通讯等技术研究的中高级人才，南京电研现有员工260多名，具有高级职称人员20多名，大专以上学历人员占85%以上。较早建立了遍布国内各区域的集营销、服务于一体的优良本地化体系。并在研发、试制、生产、服务等各环节和流程中严格遵循ISO9001质量管理认证的管理方法，业务、生产制造过程较早全面导入了办公自动化软件、ERP管理系统，实现了生产、管理自动化。是继南瑞继保之后第二家能实现单板自动化调试、测试的厂商。拥有良好的公司声誉和品牌影响。

Nanjing Electric Power Research and Power Automation Company, Ltd. (abbreviated as “NEPRAC”) is a science and technology enterprise that is engaged in the research on, development and manufacturing of the electric power automation system (including other industrial automation systems) and its equipment.

Over last ten years more, the Company has adhered to the concept “Science and technology is the first productivity” and“Putting People First”，and has been developed and expanded continually. The Company has introduced elsewhere the personnel of the enterprise management, sales and marketing, scientific research and development, etc., early or late, from the Electric Power Automation Research Institute of National Electric Power Corporation (Nanjing NARI Group). The specialties of the personnel cover the relay protection, automation of electric power system, automation of hydraulic power station, computer, etc. A new core level of the company has been established and a complete system of operation has been set up.

The Company adopts the sole responsibility system of the general manager under the leadership of the board of directors. The specialized technical personnel and managerial personnel have been given a space for freely bringing their talent into full play. At present, there are several dozens of the products supplied by our company have been listed in the Issue 2 and Issue 3 of the Recommended Categories of Main Equipment and Manufacturers Required by Nationwide Construction and Modification of Urban and Rural Grids by the State Economic Relations and Trade Commission. Among the listed products, Model NSA3OOO 110KV Integrated Automation System has passed the Appraisal of Scientific and Technological Achievements organized by the National Electric Power Corporation. The research and development system, procurement system, production system, inspection and testing system and the sales and marketing system of the company have been certified in 2003 with ISO9001-2000 Quality System. The “ERP” management system has been introduced into the production and manufacturing process, and the automation of management and production has been realized.

After several years of making unremitting efforts, the Company now has 3 directly and indirectly holding companies that consist of Nanjing Electric Power Research Information System Co., Ltd., Nanjing Aimu Energy Automation Co., Ltd., a holding company and several representative offices and branch offices as well. The scope of business has been involved in the research & development, manufacturing and sales & marketing of application software. The annual sales volume is over a hundred million Yuan. The production, sales & marketing and service networks are all over the following provinces and municipalities: Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Shandong, Zhejiang, etc. At present, the Company has set up the branch offices in Chengdu and Guangzhou, which take charge of the operations in the Southwest China and the South China regions. Meanwhile, the agencies having close cooperation relation with us are developed in Zhejiang, Shaanxi, etc.
